We want you to love your cozy Muk Luks, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items back in their original Muk Luks packaging and securely attach the printed return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
